Sticky Honey Chorizo - With Sweet & Hot Cinnamon Orange Smoked Garlic

4 whole mild or spicy chorizos, choose ones that are still a bit soft and only semi cured
5 tablespoons sherry vinegar
2 clove Sweet & Hot Cinnamon Orange Smoked Garlic
3 tablespoons clear runny honey
Olive oil

Slice your chorizo into thick slices, about 2cm each and cook with a splash of olive oil in a Spanish terracotta sarten or frying pan over a medium heat for about 5 minutes until lightly crispy.
Squash your Sweet & Hot Cinnamon Orange Smoked Garlic  but don’t peel them and add to the pan and cook for a couple more minutes.
Drain away most of the fat that has collected in the pan and add the sherry vinegar and the honey.
Continue cooking for another 6-8 minutes until the liquid has reduced and you end up with a sweet sticky glaze.
Serve immediately with some fresh bread.
