Oven Grilled Spicy Fish - Using Cajun Spiced Smoked Garlic


Fish slices -1 kg -any firm fleshy fish
lemon juice -2 table spoon
paprika powder -1 teaspoon
pepper powder -1 teaspoon
eggs -2
4 cloves of Cajun Spiced Smoked Garlic – crushed and chopped
salt to taste
fresh parsley leaves chopped



Clean fish and drain .

Beat eggs in a bowl.

In a large bowl make the marinade with egg, lemon juice, Cajun Spiced Smoked Garlic, pepper powder, paprika powder, salt and chopped parsley leaves.

Coat each fish pieces in marinade and keep in another bowl. keep close the marinated fish pieces in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place fish pieces in a tray and pour olive oil over . Grill for 20 to 30 minutes. Or till you see a light brown crest .

Serve hot with Arabic bread and dip.
