Garlic Fried Eggs


2 eggs
1 tablespoon minced Cumin Rubbed Smoked Garlic – finely minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
butter or cooking spray to coat frying pan


Fried eggs are just as popular on the Middle Eastern breakfast menu as they are in the United States. Learn this easy cumin flavoured garlic fried egg recipe to make a delicious, international version of fried eggs.

Heat butter in frying pan or use cooking spray. Add minced Cumin Rubbed Smoked Garlic and lemon juice and allow to saute for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Crack open eggs over frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In about 2 minutes, when yolk begin to get a little firm, flip eggs carefully. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow to cook for about 1 minute 30 seconds – 2 minutes (longer if you like a firmer yolk).

Remove from frying pan and serve immediately.
