I have a great recipe for using lemon and dill smoked garlic in my favourite fresh tuna bake:

Sear fresh tuna in sesame oil
Place in oven proof dish
fry some courgettes, peppers and onions and add 4-5 cloves of crushed garlic at the last minute
Spoon on top of the tuna and add some grated lemon peel and dill (use some of the pieces that fall of the garlic too) plus a drizzle of squeezy honey, finally sprinkle on some ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Cover with foil and pop in the oven for about 20-25 mins – take out and add some grated cheese on top, replace in oven without foil for a further 5 mins until cheese is melted
Serve with green salad and a couple of sprigs of dill

Recommend this smoked lemony herby garlic – it really adds a lovely depth of flavour
